She started her TikTok in 2020, and was an established TikTok celebrity in a matter of months. TikTok's top video is her lip-sync version of MillieB's hit track Soph Aspin. Bella Poarch also became popular on social media sites such as Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. Her skills as a vocalist are well-known. Warner Records has labelled Build a Bitch, her debut single, as her biggest YouTube debut of her career to date. As of 2021 her most popular video was a lip-sync to Soph Aspin Send performed by British singer Millie B. In May 2021, she dropped her first single, Build a Bitch under Warner Records. As of May 20, 2021, her TikTok followers exceeded 6 million. This placed her in the top three most-followed individual on the platform. Charli D'Amelio was second as was Addison Rae was third. Poarch was born in the Philippines. Interviewers asked her in the podcast H3 Podcast how she was raised in Manila's slums by her maternal grandmother up until the time she reached the age 3. Her adoption was to Kenneth Taylor an American expat as well as his wife Eden. Then, for the next ten years, Poarch worked at the farm of her parents, doing diverse tasks.
